The zip file doesn't contain the .liquid files. I cannot upload to Shopify. I reached out to support this morning immediately purchase after discovering the problem. No reply so far. I know it's short time but I need to either get this sorted or get a new theme and refund.

Hi it's a really great theme and I thank you for your dedicated hours in creating it. I have purchased. May I ask where I can submit a support question? I signed up for the spider-themes forum and tried to post a topic, but I cannot find a way to since the forums are for various WordPress themes and require a purchase id for those themes.
