Can I see Admin Dashboard ?
What I see is the user Dashboard; there is no Admin Dashboard
I understand the general refund policy; however, my request is not simply a change of mind. It is based on the functionality and incompleteness of the product.
A bookstore template, by its nature, is expected to include a system for managing products, users, and content. The absence of an Admin Dashboard makes the template incomplete for its intended purpose, as there is no backend control to operate the store effectively.
This is a critical limitation that significantly affects usability and was not clearly presented in a way that reflects the practical impact before purchase. As a result, the item does not meet reasonable expectations for a functional bookstore solution.
According to ThemeForest’s refund guidelines, a refund may be granted if an item is not as described or not fit for its intended purpose. In this case, the lack of administrative functionality falls under that concern.
I kindly request that you reconsider my refund. If approved, I am happy for the amount to be credited to my ThemeForest wallet, as I intend to use it to purchase a WordPress-based theme that better suits my needs.
